Resolved Question: What is the best web hosting service?

I don't have much money in my budget for a website but I am not happy with my current service (office live small business). I would like to move to a service that will allow me to move my domain (preferably for free), that will let me keep my current email addresses (I don't have many; >10), and one that offers php, parked domains & subdomains, use of my MySQL Databases, and e-commerce options (this isn't necessary though).
